Who is behind the camera?

“On Manhattan’s West End the sound of water splashing and kids laughing can be heard above the sounds of the boats and cars all over the island.”

So you want to know who I am.  You want to know who that person behind the camera is.  Who is the artist that adds the special touch to your photos?

Lets start by saying I’m a native of Puerto Rico, having grown up between Ponce, Juana Diaz, and San Juan and thanks to a military father, have also lived in many parts of the United States, from Florida to Texas to New York with other places in between. My goal as a photographer is to capture beautiful moments in my own artistic way.  My works are not your typical normal photographs. Nor do I want them to be.  My goal is to capture those special moments that show off a person’s true spirit.

The artistic flair I give to my work is mostly done through natural settings and natural light.  I then go through each of my images giving them my artsy touch making each one a different work of beautiful art that you can cherish forever.

One thing you will hardly ever see me do is carry big equipment around.   All I need is my camera and someone in front of me and I’m ready to start turning memories into art.

My style is simple; and with that special touch of a photo journalistic style, I will capture what I believe cannot be taught, but felt within my heart. you will not see the typical studio portraits here because everyone is different and deserves to let who they are be captured.
