Goin’ to the chapel…

The Bride - Janice really enjoyed the stories and the toasts!

Some friends of mine were getting married this summer and had never had their picture take as a couple. They are such fun people. During our session in Central Park they had me cracking up the entire time. They brought a couple outfits for the session but we didn’t count on the park restrooms being closed! They didn’t care, with trees and bushes everywhere, they had plenty… PLENTY of cover to change behind! LOL

Afterward, we ended up on the west end piers near the Trump development. We were hoping for a great sunset, but the sunset gods weren’t cooperating with us. I think we managed to get some good shots in anyway. Of course, the couple who got engaged on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, went on a safari in Africa, and honeymooned in Machu Pichu wouldn’t shy away from going around in their skivvies in the middle of Central Park!

Janice & Suneet - What an incredible couple. Really.

Then wedding day came and they had invited me to come and shoot at their wedding. We all had such a great time dancing and congratulating the happy couple at the Carlyle Hotel.

Wedding Lemon Cupcakes.... mmmmmmm so good.

I really enjoyed shooting the wedding and I’m looking forward to doing it again. I think I enjoyed the engagement shots even more.
